Application deadline:

April 1st, to study from June 6th to Sept 24th, 2022.
September 1st, to study from October 25th, 2022 to February 18th, 2023.

  

 UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

REQUIREMENTS

a) To be a regular student at one of UnB’s partner institutions.

b) To be nominated by the partner institution.

c) To present a statement of financial support for the whole exchange period.

d) To have a minimum level of Portuguese to attend the classes (no specific certificate is required).

 

HOW TO APPLY

After nominated by the institution, the exchange student must fill the Application Form and send to the e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. the following scanned documents:

b) Copy of passport

c) Transcript of Records from the home university

d) Letter of Introduction from your home Institution duly signed by the person in charge of the exchange program

e) Curriculum Vitae

f) A statement of sufficient funds or funding to support the student during the intended period of study in Brasilia



After sending the documents, the student has to wait for the Admission Letter. After that, the student has to go to INT/UnB, before the term starts, based on the Academic Calendar, to register at the university and start the classes.

Upon the arrival at UnB, the Exchange student must submit the following documents to INT/UnB staff:

a) Passport (original and photocopy);

b) CPF;

c) Student visa VITEM IV – Temporary visa IV;

d) International health insurance (original and photocopy).

All the documents must be sent in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
